My office is virtual only. I provide coaching services in all states and hold licenses to practice psychotherapy in both Pennsylvania and Idaho.

I am based in the MT time zone, but I strive to meet clients’ needs by offering flexible schedule options, including nights and weekends.

I offer one-hour sessions.

We accept many insurance plans and partner with Headway to simplify the billing and claims process.

Contact me via the form at the bottom of this page (or email), and we will work together to find a good time.

I require a 24-hour notice. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment may incur a fee.

I have a Ph.D. in psychology and have been a licensed therapist for over 25 years.

Along with traditional talk therapy, I am trained in a wide range of modalities and work to incorporate various tools I learn from my ongoing continuing education and training.

Young adults and adults.

I work with individuals, including men, women, and young adults.

At the beginning of each session, we’ll review any key points or follow-ups from our previous conversation. This helps us stay grounded in your progress and ensure continuity of care. From there, we’ll check in on how you’re doing currently and revisit the areas we’ve been focusing on.

Throughout our work together, we’ll collaborate to identify patterns, explore triggers, and address any areas of your life where you’re seeking better balance or regulation.

Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, offering support, insight, and tools to help you move forward.

Yes, but this will vary from client to client and week to week.

I utilize aspects of CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and emotional regulation techniques.

This space works best when you’re honest. Even if it’s messy, uncertain, or uncomfortable, bring your thoughts, your patterns, your questions, and your stuck points.

You don’t need to have it all figured out; that’s what I’m here for. Be open, be curious, and commit to doing the work between sessions as well. The more you lean in, the more this work will give back to you.

My goal for our appointments is to provide you with a relaxing, low-stress environment, even when discussing sensitive topics. And sometimes, food makes that easier! Feel free to bring snacks or drinks to help relax during our sessions.

To me, progress is the commitment to healing, not being healed. I can tell during our appointments if you are putting your tools to use outside of therapy because it impacts the way you see and feel about the world. As you start to make progress, you notice things and develop perspectives that may have been previously overlooked.

That therapy has to look a certain way for it to be effective. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, and sometimes it will take some adjusting to get it right. You should expect this to be a slow and steady process.

Yes. When you have assignments or objectives outside of therapy, it serves as a tool to help you commit to your growth and expansion. It will only work as well as your mindset about it.

Great question. I enjoy treating myself to a cold Coke Zero or Dr. Pepper.
